The appointment time reserved for you is exclusively for you. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to an emergency, please notify me as soon as possible, I understand that things do happen. If you do cancel with less than 48 hours notice, full payment for the session is required. Reminder emails are a courtesy only and not responding to your confirmation email is not considered cancellation.
